Gluten-Free Pumpkin Mousse
Light and creamy in texture, rich in flavor! It takes minutes to make this easy dessert!
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- Mix together the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl, until smooth.
- Mix in pumpkin pie and spices until thoroughly blended.
- Gently stir in whipped cream.
- Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
For maximum flavor, refrigerate the mousse overnight.
