I use homemade gluten-free mayonnaise (it is so easy to make) and organic buttermilk as the base. Blending helps to make sure that all the ingredients are mixed to perfect creaminess, with no lumps. Made with buttermilk, this creamy dressing is perfect for dip or drizzled over a your favorite salad!
- 1/2 cup homemade gluten-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 dash dried dill
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, blending until smooth.
- Store in tightly covered container.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
