It takes less than five minutes and two ingredients to make this delicious whipped cream.
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, organic
- 1 Tablespoon Confectioner’s (powdered) sugar
- Beat whipping cream and sugar on high speed, using a stand or hand mixer, in a chilled bowl beating until stiff peaks form.
Chill mixing bowl and beaters in refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to making whipped cream.
For flavored whipped cream, add in 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite extract: vanilla, almond, peppermint, rum or maple.
